the best thing about 8 alive is that we get 2 wear free dress all week. it made it more fun!
we did activities for most of the week and it was nothing special but it wasn’t the worst thing in the world. it was good that we could do it with another core group!!
the best thing about 8 alive was we got to go to the queen victorian market. i took $30 and spent every last cent! i brought some lollies, a necklace, a fone keyring with my name ingraved on it and a fone sock.
it was fun catching a train, although i’ve been on them a million times, but being with your friends all day was the best bit!
i can’t wait to do 8 alive again!

That really must have been fun, to wear free dress every day. As 8 alive made you more independent, did you do your own washing, ironing and so on?
I like your ambivalent attitude to the programme. That really needs exploring, I think.
