i think blogs sound a bit weird but interesting.
im finding them very confusing but fun and useful. its a bit like microsoft word but better!
i like being able to read other people’s work to get an idea of what they think of fly away home and other things. i think its a good way to learn. because your learning from other people and having fun and being creative!

I have to agree with you that it’s a bit like Microsoft Word. I use OpenOffice as well as several colloborative programmes to help me with my writing. Perhaps you can persuade Ms McLeay to look into some of them. My own school was relatively backward in terms of technology, so I had to teach myself most of what I know at home. Fortunately they did teach me to type and to present my documents.
Learning from other people is great, because people are our greatest resource. I hope the blogs germinate some interesting learning from you all and bond you as a class.
